Thank you for shopping at House of Rania. We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. If 7 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or refund.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• It must be returned in the original packaging, with all tags and labels intact
• A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

Non-returnable items include:

• Sale or discounted items marked as final sale
• Customized or personalized products
• Gift cards

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@houseofrania.com with the following details:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Reason for return
• Clear photo(s) of the product (if applicable)

Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

4. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive your return.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved:

• A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@houseofrania.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
